Refund policy

We have a 30-day return / exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start the return or exchange process, please email us at Support@PaddlePunk.Life. Please include your name, date of purchase, contact information and mailing address, and reason for the return or instructions for your exchange.

 

Please note that you will need to mail your return or exchange to the following address: Paddle Punk Returns, 396 Washington Street, #219, Wellesley, MA 02481.

When your email request for a return or exchange is received by us, we’ll email you confirmation as well as any special instructions. Items sent back to us without first emailing us will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size or color, upon receipt of your returned item, we will gladly send you the same product but in the different size or color you have requested. You are permitted one exchange per item purchased.  If you would like a different product entirely, then the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have for a refund, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. When approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
